Learn
Academic understanding, curiosity and learning readiness.
Our model brings academic learning and developmental support into one coherent school day, with the child—not a department—at the centre.

“We are not lowering the ceiling. We are changing the way children reach it.”
Every child’s goals are organised across five connected domains so that progress is understood beyond marks alone.
Academic understanding, curiosity and learning readiness.
Speech, language, AAC and meaningful expression.
Sensory awareness, emotional regulation and recovery.
Relationships, social understanding and participation.
Independence, confidence and life readiness.
The individual plan connects academic goals, communication, social development, regulation, independence and relevant therapy priorities. Progress review frequencies will be confirmed before opening and configured around the academy’s final operating model.
Where developmentally appropriate, learners should be able to indicate preferences, request breaks, express discomfort, communicate interests and participate in decisions about their learning—in whatever communication form works for them.
Begin with a conversation about how they learn, communicate and participate.
